Orders are processed daily and usually dispatch within 24 hours on weekdays or on the following Monday on weekends. If an item is not in stock we will order it in with the aim to dispatch within three business days. Should an ordered item be out of stock and unavailable within three days, we will contact you before proceeding to keep you in the loop, and to provide options with regards to alternative products or cancellation if you are unwilling to wait for the item.
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method. We usually dispatch with Australia Post, but depending on location and the size of the order we sometimes ship with couriers like MailPlus, Fastway Couriers, e-Go, and Couriers Please. For larger items we often dispatch with freight services such as Greyhound Freight and Premier Motor Services - these do not deliver to the door, so we always confirm with the customer before we ship this way.
