Its fabrication is compact yet superbly crafted and perfectly elegant in design. This unique design allows you to adjust the angle of the chinrest, and it can also be located wherever it suits you best on the violin or viola. It is superb and ideal because it reaches over the tailpiece. This way, it offers several manners of holding the instrument, making it an increasingly popular choice with players due to its versatility.

The importance of wood as natural material without varnish is conspicuous, while the precious metal segment is gold-plated. It is, therefore, health-conscious, as the chin piece is in constant touch with the skin. The SAS chinrest comes in different thicknesses, making it ideal for anyone who needs a bit of extra height and struggles with standard chinrests.

It is fixed above the violin block and could be tightly screwed in.
