Should an ordered item be out of stock and not available for dispatch within three business days, you will be contacted via email or phone with an ETA and the option of cancellation or alternative items (if we have any available). The refund process differs based on the payment method.

Secure payment

Credit Cards

We accept payment with MasterCard, Visa, EFTPOS, and American Express. Your card will only be charged when your order is dispatched unless other terms are discussed. All credit card details are deleted as soon as payment is processed, and our servers are encrypted to keep your data secure.

Direct Deposit

We accept payment via direct deposit to our ANZ Bank Account. Details for the deposit are provided in the ordering process. We only dispatch orders once payment has processed; if you are with a bank other than ANZ it may take a few business days for this to take place. We recommend that you keep a record of the transaction in the event that any problems arise.


We accept payment via Paypal. The transaction takes place as soon as your order is placed but can be refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Afterpay & ZipMoney

We accept payment via Afterpay and ZipMoney. These third-party services pay us as soon as the order is placed and allow you to pay over time. Orders made through these services may take longer to refund in the event of a return or cancellation.
