Larsen's premium soloist cello strings offer increased projection, focus, and volume, especially at higher harmonics. The Spirocore strings feature a flexible multi-wire spiral rope core, providing a distinctive tone and playability suitable for arco or pizzicato.

The Set includes A and D soloist strings and Spirocore Tungsten G and C strings to create a big-sounding lower end with a more refined sound for the higher strings.

The A strings are wound with precision-rolled stainless steel flat wire in medium and strong tension. The tension gauges are somewhat above the corresponding regular Larsen Cello strings.
