Kaufman Model Violin Chinrest

The design incorporates an arch over the tailpiece and a minimised footprint for optimised acoustics. The Kaufman chinrest is very wide and low, offering a generous shallow bowl shape with a ledge that goes from end to end. The shallow cup has a small lip over the tailpiece. It can be adjusted slightly closer or farther from the tailpiece. It is 18mm high at its highest point. The cup width is approximately 101mm, and the total width is 110mm.
