Flesh, Scale System For Viola

Flesch's Scale System is still popular among advanced violists a century after its creation. Carl Flesch, a Hungarian violinist, was a celebrated soloist, chamber music performer, and teacher. Flesch lived in London during the 1930s and was later arrested by the Gestapo. He died in Switzerland in 1944.
