    Matteo Marsili is a contemporary Italian luthier, born in 1991 in Viadana (Mantova), trained in Cremona, and based in Casalmaggiore. He crafts violins, violas, and cellos inspired by Stradivari and Guarneri, and develops his own models and varnish techniques.
    Marsili represents the new generation of Cremona‑trained luthiers, blending traditional Italian violin‑making with modern research and personal artistry. He also preserves the historical legacy of lesser‑known Italian makers.

    • Education: Studied at the International School of Violin Making in Cremona, under Master Massimo Negroni.
