The Magnacore® A Strings are crafted with a sturdy solid steel core, ensuring durability and resonance, and are meticulously wound with high-quality precision rolled flat wire to enhance tonal clarity and projection.

Larsen Magnacore® Cello strings produce a warm and focused sound with rich overtones, high volume, and excellent response even at low volumes. These strings require minimal playing-in time and deliver outstanding performance from the start.

Magnacore® strings are crafted with a multi-stranded steel core and wound with high-grade Tungsten and precision rolled flat wire.

There are two tensions available for Magnacore® strings: medium and strong. 

• The medium tension strings produce a sonorous and broad sound with easy playability, making them suitable for celli with a neutral to bright timbre. 
• The strong Magnacore® strings offer even more volume and power with a slightly stiffer feel, resulting in a more focused and direct sound. 

These are recommended for all cellos, especially those with darker and deeper tones.
