This is a Mirecourt Violin made around the 1930s with the label of a French luthier named L'Humbert. Emile L'Humbert is a French luthier who settled in rue de Passy in Paris in 1906 and began to make beautiful instruments until 1920 for Parisian luthiers.

Crafted in Romania by Master Luthier Vasile Gliga, who has over 27 years of experience, offering high-quality stringed instruments, including violins, violas, cellos, and double basses. Vasile Gliga is a Violin Society of America (VSA) member and the National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM).
Our instruments are made from carefully aged European wood that has been naturally dried for 15 years. This 1/4 (quarter-size) violin features a solid Carpathian spruce top and flamed solid Carpathian maple sides and back. It includes hand varnishing, hand-inlaid purfling, and expertly carved fittings made from exotic wood and ebony, all installed to meet MENC specifications.
