The "Introducing the Positions" series is a popular resource for string students in both classrooms and private studios. It is considered a crucial step for advancing beyond the basics and joining intermediate and advanced ensemble groups. The important positions vary for each instrument, and therefore, the series introduces the most-used positions first in Volume 1, followed by the next most important in Volume 2.
