Introducing Leggierissimo, a series designed for young string players in music schools. These easy pieces for string orchestra feature a third violin part instead of the viola, making them accessible for even the youngest musicians. All the music is in the first position, allowing children with just a few years of instrumental study to enjoy playing in an orchestra. The volumes, compiled mainly by András Soós and László Zempléni, include original works, arrangements, and transcriptions of pieces by great composers such as Handel, Haydn, Beethoven, Schubert, and Tchaikovsky. Each volume comes in a folder containing the score and individual parts.
