The first Wolf shoulder rest was invented in 1964 by Willy Wolf in Amsterdam, which continued to be one of the most popular shoulder rests on the market. These shoulder rests have long been the favourites of professional violinists and violists.
The Wolf Forte Secondo shoulder rests are made of comfortable rubber mounted on Aluminium plating, which can be moulded to the player's shape. They are adjustable in height and width and feature a crescent-shaped pad designed for the player with narrower shoulders. The height can be adjusted from 0.5cm- 8cm.
