Teka Violin Chinrest Ebony
This Teka Chin Rest is - according to our experience - the most comfortable chin rest for most violin and viola players. This version is made of genuine ebony timber and is hand carved.
The Teka chin rest cup slopes upward to the left, which is perfect for players who like the positioning of Kaufman-style chin rests but need something a little taller with a high-sloping tail. Its slightly shallow bowl feels comfortable, and its higher profile accommodates players with longer necks.
