This fine French bow was probably made in the 1930s in the workshop of Georges Apparut in Mirecourt, France. He was a violin maker who won several medals for his craft. He used the name 'Charotte Millot' as one of his labels, named after the luthier Joseph Charotte-Millot (1798 – 1849).
