The Standard set contains the following strings : E- Slivery Steel  A - Aluminum  D and G - Sliver Please note: this size is not manufactured by Pirastro. Please order 1/2 to 3/4 instead and shorten the top end of each string, so that the string loops fit around the pegs of the small 1/4 or 1/8 violin.
