This is a great Pick Up compared to other brands, including significantly dearer ones. It is easy to install or remove and produces a warm, true-to-life sound.
This Pickup employs a Carpenter-style, 1/4 output jack that mounts on the instrument's side with chinrest-style hardware. An impedance-matching preamp is recommended but not required. Insert the metal wedge into the wing of the bridge, and you're good to go. In some instances, you may need some slight bridge work to widen the gap in the bridge.
