The Mach One wooden shoulder rests beautifully hand-carved out of one piece of solid maple. The hook on this shoulder rest is ergonomically designed to fit naturally on your shoulder and stops the violin or viola from slipping down your chest. The attaching feet are moulded from a single piece of nylon and will not damage your instrument. The materials used make it very lightweight and elegant.
The Mach One Hook is even more ergonomic than the original Mach One. It hugs the shoulder even more. The idea is to continue clutching the shoulder as far as possible, creating a slight "hook" on the shoulder side of the rest. Peter Mach's vision was to make the slimmest rest ever. This elegant Shoulder Rest is only 5.5 mm thick! The thick, unsightly foam pads have been eliminated and replaced with the best quality nubuck leather pads. This new rest fits so well, and since it does not slide off the shoulder, it almost eliminates the need for the leather pad. These Rests are individually hand-made out of a single piece of maple.
The Rubber tube to replace the original rubbers on the Wolf shoulder rests for the violin, and viola allows you to replace the worn-out rubber tubes on your shoulder rest feet. It also contains four-cell rubber tubes.

Please note:
• A Kun shoulder rest has two feet, each needing two rubber replacement tubes.
