    Wow... So interesting reducing chinrest weight - but it possibly could be true as in physics weight
    ( mass) needs energy to set it in motion as it is clamped to the body of the two plates - so you are leaving more energy for the plates to vibrate !
    The same physics has been used in car suspensions by fitting alloy wheels the suspension improves !
